CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS AND ENJOY MY PRODUCT NOW?

You sure can! You do not have to pay the full price upfront. You can use Shop Pay, LayBuy or Klarna. To pay in installments and get and enjoy your product now. Many customers pick this option & we’re more than happy to accommodate. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept many payment options: Visa, Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Paypal, Debit Card, JCB, Elo, UnionPay, Venmo, Google Pay. Also, if you do not want to pay the full price upfront. You can receive your product now and pay after with an installment plan from Shop Pay, LayBuy, or Klarna. All payments are processed securely by the payment processing companies or banks, and are securely encrypted. We never see your card information. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

Any product that we sell on our website is guaranteed to be 100% Authentic. We have our products authenticated. In most cases we buy directly from the brand themselves. Or, through trusted Independent Suppliers. In all cases we stand by the authenticity of every product sold on our site. When you buy from our website: you can buy with confidence. That the product that you buy is genuine. 

 SHIPPING

  The shipping of luxury bags can take one to two weeks. All bags are authenticated and shipped after authentication. 

The processing time for orders vary. Depending on the product. Unless labeled as - Made to Order. Regular orders take 2 days to prepare. Then 3 days to go through rigorous quality monitoring. Our Quality Control Specialists meticulously go through every product: to make sure that our customers are getting the very best quality and precision that their hard earned money can buy. We’ll do everything in my power to make sure you are happy with our service and the products you receive. Contact Us asap if you have any issue with your product. We promise you’ll always receive a professional response & willingness in assisting.Then they are shipped. Depending on shipping method. You can always track the package. You’ll receive your order in a week and a half to 2 weeks if there is any delay with shipping.

Made To Order Products:

 Made to order products can take 2 - 3 weeks before shipment. If you need the product for any special events, please plan accordingly: With the shipping timeframes for both the regular & made to order products in mind. Need a rush delivery contact us. We’ll be glad to look into how we can accommodate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We ship to anywhere in the world. International shipping starts at $35. EXPRESS SHIPPING: Can also be available. Contact Us. Regular International Shipping can take a week and a half to 2 weeks: after the product is shipped. You can always track your package.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

You can receive the product 3- 5 days after the product is shipped.

Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to be the same. In order for us to successfully process your order. For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you. LOCAL TAXES/CUSTOMS DUTY

Please note that local expenses (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These expenses are at the customers own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the customer. Note: We do not get any of this money. These fees and expenses are being levied by your country in order to receive packages. 

 

TRANSIT TIMES

The transit times quoted by the shipping carrier companies USPS/DHL. It reflects the average duration of transit - it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note that Getwaists is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.

 

MY TRACKING SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are not responsible for packages marked as ‘delivered’ to the address that the customer provides. We can only ship to the address that you give when you place the order. It is of utmost importance. That you put your correct mailing information. 


We understand that delivery issues may occur and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If it has been more than 5 days since your package was updated to a “delivered” status and your package has not been received, we ask that you take the following steps prior to contacting our customer service team.


  1. Locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to verify the status of your order and your shipping address.
  2. Please look around your property to see if your package was tucked away out of sight by your delivery driver. Please look at all entrances, or mail reception areas, if applicable. 
  3. Ask the members of your household and neighbors to see if they have received the package on your behalf, unless you have health or safety concerns. 


LOST PACKAGES:


We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS/DHL. This happens very rarely, but can be due to negligence on USPS/ DHL. In this case we’ll assist in the claims process and do everything we can to locate the package. If the package was deemed undeliverable, not actually lost and shipped back to our facility. We’ll contact the customer for the correct shipping information to re-ship the package.


REFUNDS


We refund payments & accept returns on products that are non-personalized or have not been customized. If, you order a refundable or a returnable item. You then decide you no longer want it. Once, you receive the shipment. Do not open the shipment package. Just re-ship the shipment back to us, and we’ll refund the price of the product.


NO REFUNDS on luxury bags, customized or personalized items. No exceptions. Those are final sale.


RETURNS


Products eligible for return are the products that are being sold as is. Without any form of customization or personalization. If you decide you just want a refund and no longer want the product. Do not open the shipment box when you receive it. Just re-ship the package. Shipment package must be un-open. When it's received back by our facility. In that case, we’ll issue you a full refund for the product. Shipping cost is non-refundable.  These products you can return for 7 days after the delivery date of you receiving the product. You must return the product within that time frame.


 Our products go through strict quality monitoring before being shipped to customers. So, we know exactly how it was shipped. If the shipping box has been opened or tampered with in any way. We cannot refund the money. We’ll have to re-ship the package back to customer. 


 Almost every other company likes to ship possibly used products that were returned by other customers. To new customers as if they were brand new: to not lose any money on the product. We do not and will not do that here. If the product was Pre-Owned it will say that in the title. If you buy what you consider to be a new product. You will receive a new product. Not a product that might have been used that was returned. 


Products that are not eligible for return are Personalized Items (for ex. Initial Bags, or Initial Jewelry),  Customized Products that were made for you or made to order, Luxury Items, and Final Sale Products.

If you have placed a pre-order, please refer to your original order confirmation email for shipping details.
